Leonard McQualter is a former Australian Recordcompanyarian, Record label owner, Music Manager, Music Venue promoter, Music Video producer/director, Music Retailer and Club DJ who is currently a Asian / Australasian businessman and leisure industry entrepreneur.
Len worked as Victorian Sales manager for Festival Records during the mid 1980s, originally starting as a sales rep. Len was also national marketing & promotions for Reaction records. Len was also Promotions Manager for Zoom Records.
As a record label owner he was partnered with Gary Keady and formed THAT records whose only signing with the music group 'World'.
As a Club DJ, Len worked Sydney's Club's scene during the early 70's.
As a music venue promoter he operated the venue 'Star Theatre' in Bondi Junction during the late 70's.
As a music retailer, Len was national buyer for Myer music department in the early 90's.
