MUSIC INDUSTRY PEOPLE - AUSTRALIA
Ian McFarlane is an Australian author and music journalist who wrote the Encyclopedia of Australian Rock and Pop (Allen & Unwin Publishers, 1999). He has worked in the Australian music industry since 1984 as a music journalist for a number of leading rock publications and newspapers and for the last twelve years as Project manager / Licensing Coordinator for reissues specialist label Raven Records, as well as contributing liner notes to the Aztec Music series on classic Australian albums reissued on CD (2005 - 2012). Ian is also a member of the Industrapedia Music Council.
