MUSIC INFORMATION SERVICES - AUSTRALIA
Inner City Sound is an online database created by and administered by Murray Bennett in honor of the book and CD set written by music journalist / author Clinton Walker that covered the history of Australia's Punk and New Wave movement of the late 70's and early 80's.
The database has over two hundred bands on it and it picks up from where the book left off and includes many other bands and music artists that didn't make it in the book or CD set but who were part of that same scene. There is also a Facebook group dedicated to the expansion and sharing of stories from the era that the book is based upon called Inner City Sound run by Murray Bennett
