Virtual Record Company

A Virtual Record Company is an idea postulated by Simon Rashleigh in 2007 during his Masters of Marketing degree studies after identifying key trends in the Global Music Industry. In October 2010, Simon consolidated the idea with Bruce Butler on 18th October when they formed a music management alliance to offer services to musicians within the scope of the Virtual Record Company concept. The current working title for this business idea comes under the heading of the Bruce and Simon Project.

A Virtual Record Company is made up of sub contractors and has no formal traditional or digital record company structure (i.e. bricks, clicks and mortar). The company structure is fully scalable in terms of resources whereby whatever need for a job is subcontracted with very little overheads and virtually no staff other than the two partners Simon and Bruce.
