Mary Kiernan

DESCRIPTION: Mary Kiernan was a Melbourne born composer who wrote her first orchestral piece at the age of 14. In the 40’s and 50’s she went on to study under the best masters in England and Europe, tour North Africa, work for the BBC, and compose numerous works for piano and voice under pen-name Robert Nicolet.
